Third-Party Management: You own the property, we run the operations: marketing, pricing, customer service, contracts, invoicing and monthly reporting. Paid via a monthly fee plus a share of revenue.

Connect: The AI phone assistant for self storage. Answers every call, around the clock and in more than 20 languages, and sends the booking link by SMS or WhatsApp. Also available without Third-Party Management.
