Space4You has been operating self storage since 2016. What began as Havenbox in Bremerhaven is now a company that plans, builds and runs facilities for owners. Our newest site in Singen is our proof that concept and operations belong together.
[ Our founder ]
Finn-Kristof Kausch is managing director of Space4You GmbH and brings extensive expertise in planning, developing and managing self storage facilities. As a board member of the German Self Storage Association (VDSSU), he actively shapes the development of the market.
His focus is on consulting and Third-Party Management: recognising the potential of a site and realising it in daily operations. His network ranges from software providers and the industry associations to operators in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
